PCV Coach Accessibility

The PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) Coach Accessibility eLearning course is designed to equip drivers and staff in the transport sector with essential knowledge and skills for ensuring accessible and inclusive services for all passengers. The course covers key topics such as understanding the legal requirements surrounding accessibility, recognising the needs of passengers with disabilities, and best practices for providing safe and comfortable journeys for individuals with mobility challenges, visual or hearing impairments, and other specific needs.
